Ryanair and their agency partners regularly recruit summer contracts for a limited number of contract cabin crew positions to allow the airline to cope with the increased seasonality of Ryanair’s flight schedule.
St James Management normally recruit for these positions for courses due to start in March/April. We expect the next courses to commence in March 2011.
The training takes at the St James Management training facility near to Stansted Airport. These positions will be with one of Ryanair’s contract cabin crew agencies and will primarily be based in Dublin or Stansted and will last for 6-7 months, commencing in April/May and concluding in September/October.
These places are ideally suited for students who are looking for work placements as part of their study programme or anyone who would prefer to work on a seasonal contract. During your time in training and employment, you will also complete an Aviation Cabin Crew NVQ level 2.
Acceptance onto the course is via attendance at an open day in Stansted and successfully passing an interview. The basic requirements of the position are as follows.

A completion payment of up to €500/£500 gross will be made to any crew member who successfully completes the full term of their contract. The payment is made at the conclusion of the contract. The amount of the completion payment will be calculated based on the individual’s performance including; attitude, onboard sales, attendance, punctuality, mystery passenger/supervisor reports etc.
